Florence Tiles is a series of six small canvases, each one a shard of memory, a piece of Florence as it lingers behind closed eyes. Shades of grey and pearlescent tones shift across textured white ground, broken by black lines that suggest streets, walls, and the rhythm of a city that is equal parts love and unease.

Each canvas stands alone, complete in its abstraction—yet together, they create a mosaic, a fuller picture of Florence’s contradictions. Rough edges meet soft light; imperfection becomes elegance.
